TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • You are only purchasing a digital file/picture.

  • I take payment upfront for chibis, and once the sketch is approved for customs.

  • Global turnaround (depending on the owed art queue): 1-3 days for chibis; 1-2 weeks, up to 3 weeks/a month for more complex customs.

  • I don't do refunds.

  • I don't work with deadlines.

  • You can request as many changes as you'd like during the making of the commission.

  • You can ask for updates on the commission at any time.

  • I accept Toyhouse premium, Discord Nitro and irl Pokémon cards as alternative or partial payment. Pokémon card value and shipment (I live in Europe) can be negotiated.

  • I can turn down a commission if I'm not comfortable with it or if it doesn't adhere to my TOS.

DESIGN TOS

  • You can alter the design however you wish (colors, markings, gender, body type, species, etc.).

  • If uploaded on Toyhouse or sites allowing designer/artist credit, I'd like be credited as the artist and designer/co-designer of the design.

  • You can private a design's profile, I won't ask/need for authorisation.

  • Personal use of the design is allowed (icons, banners, prints, stickers, keychains etc.).

  • Small edits of my art is allowed (color changes, shapes, add-ons etc.), just tell me beforehand!

  • Do not sell a design higher than what what was originally paid for, unless value was added (art etc.). Failure to respect this rule can get the design revoked.

GENERAL ART TOS

  • Do not claim the art/design as your own.

  • Do not trace my art.

  • Do not remove my signature without my permission.

  • Do not use my art for commercial purposes.

  • Do not use my art as NFT.

  • Do not use my art to train generative AI.
